Shopping online at MO Nails Cyprus is easy! Simply follow the steps below and wait for your new products to arrive!
However, if you do not wish to order online, you can also place your order over the phone. Call our customer service team on: +357 25 818 398.
You may email your order to email@example.com and one of our sales personnel will get back to you via email with your order details.
You may also visit us at our stores in Cyprus at 20 Amathountos, Hawaii Gardens, Court A, Shop 3, Neapoli 3105, Limassol.
FIND THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO BUY
To find an item you are looking for, either select the category where it is most likely to appear from the top navigation menu or type the name of the item you are looking for into the search box at the top of the page and click the 'SEARCH' icon. You will be presented with a list of suitable products and you can then narrow your search even further by using the filter on the right navigation of the page. Available filters include Featured Items, Newest Items, Bestselling Items, Items in Alphabetical Order, Customer Reviews and Price.
ADD THE ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
When you are on the product page, you will need to select the color, size and quantity of the item that you want (1 is the default quantity) before clicking 'ADD TO CART'. If a product page advertises options such as colors and you want to buy different colors, you need to first choose your desired color, then the quantity you would like for that color and then click 'ADD TO CART'. If you want to buy more colors of that specific product, you need to click 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' and again choose a new color, the quantity you want and then click 'ADD TO CART'.
REVIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART
To access your Shopping Cart, hover over ‘MY CART’ on the top right hand side of your screen. Here you can review the items you have added and remove items if you choose. Please check you have selected the correct quantities at this stage. Then click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to proceed.
ENTER YOUR COUPON CODE
At various times, we may offer seasonal or promotional discounts on our products. If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the ‘Coupon Code’ field. The promotional code should be entered directly as shown on the Coupon. When you insert the code, click on the arrow or press enter for the code to be activated.
Please note that terms and conditions apply to all of our promotions and sales, for example, there are frequently a few brands or departments that are excluded from our promotions, all promotions are subject to stock availability and promotional codes can no longer be honoured after their 'End Date'.
CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT
When you are happy with the contents of your cart, click 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'. This will take you to the first step in our secure Checkout process.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR SIGN IN
Click ‘CONTINUE’ to create an account. Enter all necessary fields and click ‘CONTINUE’. We will send delivery confirmation and updates to this address.
If you have an account you will be required to sign in.
CHOOSE YOUR COLLECTION OR DELIVERY PREFERENCES
You will be prompted to choose:
- To collect your order or have it delivered
- Your delivery destination – Cyprus
ENTER YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS OR CHOOSE A SAVED ADDRESS
This is the address we will deliver your order to and does not have to be the same as your billing address – you will need to select your billing address later. We will store delivery addresses you have used previously to save you having to enter frequently used delivery addresses again the next time you visit.
SELECT A DELIVERY OPTION
You will be shown the delivery options that are available for the products and delivery address you have chosen. Choose one – this will update the total price if applicable. Click ‘CONTINUE’.
You will be given 3 options to pay.
PayPal - Your card will not be charged until you confirm your order.
Pay in Limassol Store - Pay in Store is a type of payment method where customers make payment for their order at the time of pickup from the Limassol store rather than in advance. We accept cash, major credit cards and cheques ONLY for Pay in Store payment method.
Cash on Delivery - Cash on Delivery is a type of payment method where customers make payment for their order at the time of delivery rather than in advance. At time of delivery we will collect the amount of the order plus the delivery expenses €4.50. Orders over €70.00 don't have delivery expenses. We accept cash and cheques ONLY for Cash on Delivery payment method.
Please note that you cannot place an order via Cash on Delivery and pay in store. Cash on Delivery is only valid for home deliveries and Pay in Limassol Store is only valid for in store payment and collection.
ENTER A BILLING ADDRESS OR CHOOSE A SAVED ADDRESS
This must be the address where your payment card is registered. If you have an account, we will store billing addresses you have used in the past to save you having to enter frequently used billing addresses again the next time you visit.
REVIEW AND CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
You will be presented with a summary of your order, including the total price, and the delivery option and address you have selected. Please double check all the details, then 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT'. We will not charge your credit card until you have confirmed your order.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT
You do not need to create an account before you order but will be given the option to do so now your order is complete.
Opening an account makes shopping with us even easier. You can access your basket and saved items across different devices. You can also save your delivery preferences and payment details.
